Made it through multiple 6 and 12 mile rucks with 45 pounds, and Air Assault school. Would highly recommend. With some customizing like adding my own chest strap and applying tape to the top of the Alice frame to reduce squeaking on the straps, it's a solid 10 out of 10.

ALICE 3-Day Field Training Pack
The ALICE 3-Day Field Training Pack was designed for military training missions. It can be worn on an Individual Equipment Belt,Pistol Belt, Suspenders, and with ALICE,MOLLE gear,Tactical Backpack and so on. This Alice Butt Pack also can be used as a Should Bag,Daily Commuter Bag or Message Bag , either used as a Sling Bag or a Tactical Backpack.
The ALICE Pack Universal Size consists of a Pouch with draw cord closure and Five outside pockets. Three Utility Pocket with strap and buckle adjustable closures and with snap fasteners for quick access, are provided for miscellaneous items. Two Bigger Pockets are provided at the side of the Rucksack for carrying Radio or some other necessary Day Supply.
